A Journey

 Today marks the day I begin a journey.  I have been obese for way too long and I am tired of being sick and tired and hurting.  So, with some research and some help from friends, I have begun a journey with the destination....150 pounds gone.  I will set some small goals each week.  And take it day by day.   I will keep track of food so I can see how I can improve each week.  And I will exercise everyday on my cubbi and lift weights and with my exercise band.  Going to make time to exercise each morning.  Today was a good day for eating.  I got enough water but could do better and I added three fruits.  Slow going I know but day by day. My new mantra is "I got this!"  And I do.
