I fear our country is in for some rough times.  Not quit sure what is going to happen.  So, to ease my mind, I am going to concentrate on my miniatures and my cooking.  Two things I do best.  We have a great granddaughter and another great grandchild on the way so this year will be fun in that respect.  I have to learn to trust in the Good Lord and know it is all part of his plan. It is not for me to understand.  I will continue to pray everyday.  

I am working on getting some more of my miniatures up on this blog and a bunch of doll houses that my friend has.  Going to consume some time and that is all good.  I have other projects planned for this winter and lets just say I hope it goes fast.  Winters here are just brown.  Little snow.  And somewhat mild temps.

Making split pea soup in the crock pot today.  Breakfast was scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes and bacon.  Now to start cleaning the then the taking down of Christmas decorations.
